So I placed a big order today with Pelican. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif)
I really hope they pull though with out a problem. They havent let me down yet but I got alot of stuff this time so we'll see if it all get's here at once. Front wheel bearings and seals Front and rear A-arm bushings 19mm master cylinder (mine is crap and I need to trust my brakes) Brake hose Ball Joints and nuts Clutch cable (see my clutch tube thread) This stuff is getting expensive so the vented brakes are out for the time being. |

The rebuild kit for that 19mm master cylinder is much cheaper than a new unit, and doesn't really take any special tools... FYI

Hmmmmmm What is this?!?!?!?!
I haven't heard of modifiying the stock MC to a 19mm setup! My MC looks like garbage alot of rust and a really spongy pedal that I'm sure is internal leaks. I might have to cancel the 19mm MC order and spend the monel elsewere. |

It was a joke...it could be done, but you would have to wind up buying the pistons & such.... Muller is always into odd modification...it would be right up his alley. The 19mm cores are available, but you're better off with new. |

You had me there for a second....
Hell, with the owners on this board I wouldn't be suprised if you could modify the MC with a nail file and duct tape (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/happy11.gif) |
