Cam went fine.
Cranked it up, ran it to 2000, and after about 12-15 minutes, the whole thing changes attitude, and the valves started tightening. Problem: Oil light flickers if I don't hold it off idle 100rpm. I added 1/2qt, was at the line. Problem: Rich!!! Too rich for riding, almost. Wants to stall at idle, after it's settled. Problem: Rattle: Sounds like a tinge of HE rubbing a Jtube at the powerband, may leave that, scares old people, and innocent children. This engine is almost silent from in front of the car, and stinks like a burned possum. I can't believe this one, it's fucking awesome. OEL problem, what's up with that? M |
