Factory installed GT flares, docs or proof they are butt welded?, any chance factory brazed them? |

i've touched a few, if that's enough for 'ya ... including two original m471 cars ... smooth like the skin of a 16 year old girl, i'm absolutely certain they were butt-welded. in fact, the two m471 cars flares were so smooth, you'd think they were *stamped* from one piece ... Butt welding can yeild such results... I do it every day at work... hours on end... Weld, grind, smooth till its perfect... paint, and fill any imperfections (pinholes, deep scratches... ext)
Doesnt take rocket science... Just the right tools.. and a bit of patience.. |
