I am sure this has been covered somewhere, but I can't seem to get the search to operate today, so here goes......Does the oil pressure sensor have continuity to ground and then as the pressure rises it opens the circuit to the oil light and turns it off ? If so I should get continuity between the threads on the sensor and the clip wire terminal...Is this correct ? Thanks for your reply........Jerry

Yes, the light is grounded thru the sensor. When pressure rises the switch opens and the light goes out.
