Gotcha ! I made a 350 mile round trip today to pickup a 75 914. Turns out it is a unmolested one owner car that has been in storage since 1992. The bad is it has rust and has been pushed around on every corner in a barn on the Texas Gulf coast. However the just quick once over has revealed:
Clean uncracked dash Nearly perfect center console with guages Perfect uncracked rollbar cover Perfect sidemaker lights Nearly prefect turnsignal buckets(still shine) Very nice front and rear valences (minor dings) Nearly prefect rear taillights Dealer installed AM/FM Stereo Radio I ran out of daylight to check the rest of it, but the car has only 60,000 miles on it. There should be lots of gold there. Do not ask for any of these parts as they are for the Creamsicle. I will get pictures if inquiring minds want to know. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |
