This pisses me off. I've bought a bunch of their pliers and really like most of them. I for one won't be buying them anymore. Now if I manage to break one they're going to give me a china made replacement. I too have sent an email. I have worked for two companies ( one of them GE) that have had products made in China and they come back as real crap. Both of these companies are leaders in their field and since I am sort of a "techie" I tell them all the time "I hope you are making a lot of money on this stuff so that we can afford to replace it and pay for my time to trouble shoot ,"
