I have gotten permission from the owner of the Deli to do a Swap Meet in addition to the Sacramento Porsche Family Reunion for the month of March! Here are the details. Saturday March 28th at Family Donuts and Deli at the corner of Fair Oaks Blvd. and San Juan Avenue. For those of you who have been there before, we will be setting up the swap meet on the grassy area at the corner of lot. Get there early and get set up! Officially a 9am start and we will go till we all go! For those of you who only open this post to see the pictures I always post please note: A SWAP MEET IN ADDITION TO THE NORMAL FESTIVITIES! Is this event posted to PCA members and on the bird board as well? I was thinking to make the trip but I am not sure if you are promoting it only to the 914 guys here? It’s a good 6-hour drive so I need to get and idea on parts to bring up if I go.
How many seller do you think the grass area will hold? |

It has been announced at SVR PCA events but is not officially a PCA event. I have it posted on the bird in 911 and 914, on Rennlist in 911, 914, and 944/924. The Carrera GT guys don't tend to go to swap meets. I would say the grassy area can accomodate 30 guys and we can also use the parking area. As I said, set up then move your car to the church or to the vacant laundromat accross the street. I can't make people come but it has been cross posted to the other lists. Not all inclusive but it has had lots of exposure. |
