Well something broke Dont know what. Reset timing ran great then turned it off had a run on engine.......clack,clack, clack, bent valve? Very noisy help Time to upgrade? Rebuild?76 2.0 (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Thanks every one. I will be pulling off the valve cover just to take a look. I think it could be a pushrod issue by the way it sounds. I will keep you posted.
