How do you like the muffler? I have one sitting here waiting for my car to get back from the shop. I'm curious how much different and/or louder the sound is and also if you've noticed any affect on the powerband versus other exhaust setups you might have tried?
I have been using a Dansk 2-in/2-out but its sound and look never really grew on me. And my days of open megaphones (at the track) are probably over, since I'm practically deaf in my left ear now. |

The origanal muffler and motor are long gone, I love the sound of the M&K with open stacks but as for power, I have not had the car on the road. I am still working finishing it up. I will post some new photos soon. Ben |

I'm going to do Wevo trans mounts, the muffler, and fix my rear swaybar at the same time since that seems to make sense while that end of the patient is open, so to speak. I'd be interested in the thru-hood fuel filler setup. I think I can source a cap locally but the filler neck is not something I've seen as a ready to install kit. I have the Patrick cell also. Did you buy or make the front lid pins and the base plates in particular? That's another thing I need ASAP. As I recall the hood pins are pretty much standard-issue but the base plates are fabbed from stainless (1/16" or so) that is cut and bent a particular way? Cheers, |
