I was going to switch to an autometer fuel level gauge but I guess something like ohms matters. (lol) does any one of the top of their head know the standard ohms a fuel level sender sends?
Does it vary based on years? |

Wouldn't this work since I am changing the Sender and the gauge.
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ATM-3262/?rtype=10 Would it be wise to use a tube style vs a free floating...? |

You have to use the tube style. Too many obstructions in the tank. You will love the tube style, just bolt it right in. It does not have the terminal for the low fuel light and you will need to buy five 5x25mm machine screws. The 11 inch tube fits perfectly! |
