Time for a new battery, is Optima still the way to go? I've heard they have had some quality control issues lately, what do you guys think?

I'm still a fan of the Optima. I've had one in my 911 for over 5 years now and drop dead reliable. I had a yellow top in my 914 that only lasted 14 months. When I returned it to the FLAPS for replacement I found out how crappy the warranty is (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) . But I did get another one as I just think I got a bad one which can happen with any battery. I use the smaller yellow top that fits Hondas + Toyotas. It's aprox. 550 CCA and is plenty strong to turn over my 3.0.
