Does anyone know the weight diference between a 72 and a 74? How about the weight of a 2.0 liter Fuchs vs a Pedrini?

I'm trying to determine how much less my 72 with Pedrinis weighs than my 74 with Fuchs and A/C.

Thanks for any info!!

Pedrinis are ~17 lbs each. Fuchs are ~13 lbs each.

I don't recall seeing any weights for a 72. It would be heavier than the 70-71 because of the improved interior, but I'm not sure how much. The 2.0 engine is I think 30 lbs heavier than the 1.7? I posted it in the "Ludvigsen" thread. The late window mechanism is a little heavier than the early one, and the door beams and reinforcements around the doors are significantly heavier. The only real difference that I recall in the bumpers are the "bumper tits", which are less than a couple of pounds each.

Ignoring the AC, I'd guess at about an 80-lb difference. I've no idea what AC components weigh...
