so, on my way to the car after a show last night i stop in a dark (and empty) alley to get rid of some of the "water" i had consumed during the show.
while i mind my own business peeing on a fence (that has obviously been used for this kind of thing before), someone puts a flashlight on me. the cops. great ... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/mueba.gif) "can i at least finish?" i ask ... he's cool with that and proceeds to call in for backup. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif) so now i have this "notice to appear" in court, cop said he didn't know how much it's going to cost me. now my real question is, i have heard rumors that such an offense ("urinating in public") is treated as "indecent exposure" here in CA and can get you on the states "sex offenders" list. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif) anyone know for sure if there's any truth to that? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/unsure.gif) Andy |

Mission District in San Francisco. Mission @ 17th to be exact. it was well after midnight and the alley was empty. it's not like there are any public bathrooms in that area either. just looked at the notice again, he circled "I" so i guess that means Infraction ... might not be that bad after all. Now if you had bad hair, torn cloths, and stunk like a pile of poop (like many of the cities substance abusing filth that live on the streets that the city seems to encourage,) you would have gotten away scott free. Had you spoken spanish and not produced ID , you probabaly would have been let go (you got to play the sanctuary city card) anyway looks like you will not be on the sex list. you evidently did not look homeless or like an illegal alien and will simply have to pay a fine. . tough break! most citys have the municple penal code on line, look it up now I cant resist, it is called a PENAL code, good greif!!! good luck |
