I'm sending my header out to get coated, I had thought about getting the fan housing done at the same time....it would be the semi-bright silver finish...any reason not to????

jet hot is a heat "captive" sort of thing..keeps the exhaust gas hot... and within the pipes...therefore flowing more quickly
The coating works in two directions... say if you have a cold air source for the fan inlet.... if the fan housing is coated.. the cooling air would be from a nice cool source and no influence would be felt from the hot engine bay.. these coatings do work... to what degree needs to be proven |
