This worked best for me....if you're gonna hand strip.
"Rice cakes" (2-1/2 or 3 inch) and a 90deg die grinder. Were I in your shoes with all the weird/tight spots, I'd consider media blasting that thing. I'm some what of a gluton for punishment but that's too much for me. Attached thumbnail(s) ![]() ![]() |

I am using 3 inch 3M rolock sp?, they work well since i am welding as i go. I still might get it blasted but as long as I am working in the area I manually strip it. |
