are there any members who have tried something other than factory handle/mech. original location, or between seats. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/screwy.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/welder.gif)

In the custom car world people have used linear actuators to pull the cables and lock the brakes when there is no room for a lever. You could always try that.
