I have a dead flywheel. Extremely worn and done for. Anyone have any ideas of 'tools' or such that I can use this for?

Long range target.
We hang tractor cogs out at 200+ yards at the machine gun shoot. The same 2 cogs have lasted for years, but they are pretty pock marked now. Zach |
