I voted for "Speedster Mike" because of its' overall cleanliness and condition.
The engine bay is pristine and the interior is very well kept. Its' overall execution is very good. Yes, the six, is a six, for what it is...well, it's good, but it is neglected by any other standards, (sixes owned by other people on this site). It has a terrible front bumper top. The dash material is embedded with dirt from one side to the other. The carpet is old. The cross-over air cleaner is missing stickers. and the center stowage piece is damaged...etc, etc... Another five or six grand, it could be better. |

I agree Dave, but he's new to 914's (really a prior owner of a /4 years ago), and has only had the 914-6 for literally a couple of months, so it's still a work in progress after sitting in the PO's/original owner's garage for a few years with little use. BTW - I've already referred him to sources for OEM/NOS & our fav repro bumper top source! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) |
