Steel flares, or fender flares in general , fit compatibly with the fiberglass, ABS rockers in order to maintain the correct line of the flare, or so I always thought??
See photo of similar car: This otherwise precludes the use of Steel Rockers, which I've always only saw in the fully straight/ flat style: Am I correct in this conclusion? Or are the steel rocker ends worked to maintain the flared fender lines? Or can the steel rockers with pre-flared ends be found by some aftermarket supplier? |

Flared rockers are always fiberglass unless someone modified steel rockers by hand. I've seen it done and i like the idea.
As far as i know, nobody is selling flared steel rockers ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif) |
