I have been talking with Mark (Mikey914) about making the NLA E-brake cable boot p/n 914 424 592 00. Would anyone else be interested in a new pair of boots?
Mark would be making the parts. He told me a rough turnaround would be 4-6 weeks for the mold and the first parts. This would be an exclusive run at my request. I would be selling/shipping the boots to you. Here is a picture of the boot. Most are either torn, broken, paint spattered, brittle or missing all together. A separate GB thread will be created in 3 weeks. Keep signing up to reserve a pair for you! |

I guess no one is interested. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
Everything is done and the boots are made. What happened to everyone that was interested in the first place? I only went ahead because of the sheer amount of positive interest. |

I am totally appreciative of the effort. I hope they can sell enough to make this worthwhile and to justify making more NLA parts. I am just a CSOB 914 owner. |
