Has anyone ever repaired a bad Permatune box for a 6 ? I have one in a 911 that was installed brand new and it owuld appear that almost immediatly it wen tbad. The car then sat indoors for almost 20 years. Bench tests fine until I go to the ground (D ) to B. I get and overload there, I assume there is a blown capacitorma-jiggy ??? WOW (IMG:style_emoticons/default/blink.gif) I couldn't find the specific thread you mentioned SVO, But after reading some of the other threads on Permadooms/ Permacraps etc. I'm thinking it isn't worth the effort of repairing it. Looks like it's going to be a rebuilt BOSCH unit
