AAAAHHHHHH! Some lunatic broke into my garage and cut off my fender. Just kidding. Actually I'm the lunatic. Prepping for fiber glass. Easier than I thought with a sabre saw.

Have you got around to cutting off the front yet? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sawzall-smiley.gif)
I remember standing there looking at my car thinking, whoa, what have I done? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) But then you get the body all mounted and everything is ok. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) I took an alternative route and mounted my Sheridan body with threaded inserts in the metal and small stainless bolts with nylon washers through the glass. It works great and I've removed the body several times for maint. and repairs. I like what you"re doing with yours, looks like it's coming along nicely. Looking forward to seeing it all together. ![]() |
