Yours truly is in the running for Car of the Month for a second time. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) Last time it was a CW (concours weenie) car that won, although we made a good race out of it. This time its another steep hill climb because Eric Shea's just finished GT clone is one of the contenders and is already way ahead in the voting. Here's the link to the COTM thread. I found a damage pic from another National race.
This was 2003 at NHIS. Going into the first (left hand) turn the driver in front of me looped his car. We were already on the inside line and I had no choice but to turn right to avoid him. My buddy Robert in a BMW 320i poked into my passenger door. His car, the brick that it is, didn't even have a scratch.  |
