Just a thought, and an opportunity for a funny picture. Has anyone ever tried to haul a Double bass in a 914?

Not that I need to take the bass anywhere this weekend but I think I'll see if it fits anyhow. Place your bets!

I thought you were going to put an Aston Martin DB series engine in a 914. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

I don't see why someone couldn't get it in/on the car someway. I have a picture of my mom in her old Beetle with her upright bass in it back in college somewhere.
