I am in the process of putting in a sound system for the 914. I guess two speakers up front will be fine, but has anyone tried putting speakers behind or near the seats?

This is what I did.

No. To make the shell I did a lay-up on the back of my back pad and deleted the holes. But for all it is worth, yes, your back pad shell is the same. You would not have to make a new mold. You could just make the mold for the speaker boss and scab them on, as an option. |
