I am looking at a bike on eBay that is "multi material" and has a scandium frame [I know it's light]. The seller is not real specific but says it was made for Team Fuji/Mercury in Australia.

Any of you cyclists have a clue? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif)

I remember seeing scandium frames at the Interbike show 10 or so years ago. It was supposed to be the next miracle metal but never seemed to catch on. You would think it was aluminum if you didn't know otherwise.
