Joel has decided to sell Sweat Pea. the pea was created by Jerry M, a member here. Joel bought the car and we finished the details. we used lock washers, locktite and all the stuff that makes a car stay together. no duct tape, chewing gum or improvised fasteners. proper fasteners is my pet peeve/ fetish

i am installing new retractable seat belts with inertia reels
there is no such thing as a 100% rust free 40 year old car but The sweet Pea is about as rust free as you can find anywhere this image shows some surface rust. i have been thinking about finishing off this area if it does not sell. more green i think. i just dont want to disassemble since everything is so dialed in. it takes less time to assemble than it does to dial in the details that make for a great driving experience Attached thumbnail(s) |
