Ok folks......this is an exclusive! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/shades.gif)
I know from inside information that Jim Hoyland got some electrical work done today..... on himself!! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) And guess who was his Electrician's assistant? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) ME! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mrs.K.gif) And I have a picture to prove it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) It was awesome as I came in at the end of the procedure to relieve another co-worker as Jim was coming out of his anesthesia. I was holding pressure over the venous stick and noticed the name on the screen and then looked at the patient and said OMG I know him....so I said *Jim?.....he answered still with his eyes closed *yes?* I asked him * do you belong to the 914 world?* He said *YES*......still eyes closed. I said * do you know a person on there named Mrs K?* he says yes! I said *the birthday fairy?* again he answers *yes* so I said *Jim, open your eyes*........ and there I was (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Small world huh? His procedure went very well as he had some atrial fibrillation cryo-ablated (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) So look out RRC folks........Jims got all his *voltage* in perfect working order (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wub.gif) Lisa (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mrs.K.gif) |

That's usually a same-day up here. What did you use? He looks pretty awake. Must have been versed, propofol, fentanyl... I can't believe you have never met Jim in person. He comes to everything on this side of the country. In a plane if not his car. Great guy! Glad you fixed him Lisa... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) |

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) .....I've know Jim since 2005 from WCC or perhaps even earlier at one of Joe's BBQ's (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) And he looks awake because he was.......after his general anesthesia wore off! This was a cryo ablation procedure to cure him of his Atrial fibrillation. The patients who undergo this type of procedure have to be asleep so they don't move......we are ablating (freezing) the the 4 pulmonary veins at the junction of the Lt. atrium. One false move or breath could be BAD.......he did great! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Lisa (IMG:style_emoticons/default/mrs.K.gif) |
