in anticipation of removing the old windscreen, I am having difficulty removing the interior panels. I already removed the visors, but the side pillar panels seem hard to be removed. I have removed the pillar screws, and the pillar is loose, but it appears the dash needs to be removed first. The header panel screws were also taken off, but it is not coming off easily as well. I also removed the lower rubber targa strip. It appears the last windscreen installer squeezed sealant onto these trim pillars. Are these side pillars readily removed after the screws are removed ? is there a sequence of removal for these panels ? like do I have to remove the dash prior to removing the side pillars.

You should not have to remove the dash to remove the A pillar mouldings. PO may have glued them in.
