where can I purchase a flat tow bracket that does not require the removal of the valance or front bumper?

Here's a tow bar bracket on my 914, it was put on many years ago when it was towed from CA to MI before I purchased it. Don't know the mfg & assume it was custom fabricated. I believe a VW tow bracket will hook right up to it. I like the way it protects my front end when going over speed bumps or low driveways. Good protection & it will work.
