Getting frustrated searching for 16x8 911 offset Fuchs. I love the look but can't justify the 2K to have them in my hands in the next few days. I have a WTB thread here and on Pelican. Hopefully, someone has a decent set they want to part with for a reasonable price.
I see a bunch of 15's out there. Do they still even make tires to fit the 15x7 & 8's? Until then, let's see what you have. I do like Superlites, unfortunately they don't make them in 16x8's. |

Btw I recently went back to 15's and really like them, with r compound tires they stick as well as the wider 17" wheel combos... although I'll probably heat cycle them out before the tread wears off. I kind of like the gear ratios of the taller tires more though... atleast for the street. Hard to get 15" rubber last I looked. 16" rubber is even scarce. Can you elaborate on "taller tires." You mean taller than 25"s. I have M,X,S gears so no big concern. |

My Nitto NT01's in that pic are 45 series, so they are only 23" tall, my 17's I think were about 25" tall. The short tires are good for a/x if I don't run out of rpm... They would be really short with MSX gears... For the street and freeway the 25" tall tires seem to be the way to go. Chris-Looking good! I like the black on blue look (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) |
