In terms of cost, here’s a basic parts list from Renegade:

Some of the stuff I can probably use from the Subie conversion, and some things I was able to look up, but some I'm not able to put the face to it.

Adapter and clutch @ 1000$ from KEP
Engine bar- 200$ from the kit guys
Transaxle relocating offsets- 20$ worth of metal, drilled.
Toy-Jet water manifold (replace the water pump)- 250$
Hose transitions - 30$ from Jags that run.
High torque starter- 200$ Ebay

The Kennedy adapter for the Boxster transaxle alone is $1900. This is without the clutch Kit. You can use a stock Porsche one at $650 or the Kennedy one at $950.
You can get all of the water pump fittings from Meziere and the remote pump. This will be almost $1000.
Stuff adds up fast. Makes keeping the Subaru engine look better.

If I was you I'd spend about $1000 and just put a Subaru transaxle in your car. It will feel like a different car with this.
