A few years back I went to rei coop and purchased some red nylon strap, just like you see in the Rennlist pics.i cut it to size so I had a loop. Then I secured it through the door panel through the hole left after removing the drivers door pocket. I used one of the passenger side door pull bezels to finish its off. It was a pull only, it did not unlatch the door. Looked great and it was not that spendy.
