I'm having trouble installing my exhaust to the left head. Here are some facts of my situation.

1) Heads are rebuilt with new studs.
2) Right exhaust went on fine. So yes, I am using the correct side.
3) The exhaust and these heads were ever paired up in the past.
4) Everything is 2.0 L stock.
5) Visually the exhaust ears look off by less than a millimeter.

Thanks for any help. If the ears are bent can I bend them back or just file the inside?

If it were me, I'd hog out the bolt hole that is off by a MM.
