We will be designing the engine and transaxle mounting bars for the current build (5L V8 w/gt2 trans), and wanted to see what some of you have experienced on the mounts.
Combination flexible mounts at the engine, and solid mounts out at the trans ? This has worked good for my past (big hp) experience, but some say to go all solid mount now. This car will be over 1,000 hp, track only...Some cars+coffee (still street registered). What are some of your experiences ? |
