The last of my stock 73 2.0L fuel pumps gave up the ghost this week. Leaking out the electrical connector. So i'm looking for an alternate.

I would like to replace it with an off the shelf pump that can be gotten almost anywhere. First I've come up with is the Holley 12-920 or 927.

Anyone using these? If so, suggestions on plumbing?

And the install is as simple as getting rid of the Y and that hose goes back to tank? Check fuel pressure and away we go?

Check fuel pressure procedure?

PS thanks

Not that simple, but close. The new Bosch pump has a 12mm inlet. The correct filter has a 12mm outlet, so you'll need a piece of 12mm hose to close the gap. The filter fits the same adapter hose as the old filter, 9mm to 7mm. 914 356 528 00, which is NLA. Might contact Chris Foley for a replacement part.
