It's an air pump.
The best money is spent on heads and camshaft. You may be able to squeeze out a bit more if he changes you over to chomoly push rods, rocker arm shims and sets the valve train geometry properly. That can all be done without taking the whole motor apart. It will starve out for air, just as you see it. That is physics, valves, ports, exhaust..... Rich |
