My original 6 oil tank came, but now I am in need of some oil lines to connect it to my engine. Where is the best place to get them? PP has Oil Cooler To Tank and Oil Tank To Oil Cooler lines for sale which runs about ~$150. Is that all I need to get it all connected?

Mark...that is the one....the early SWB 911 68< used this "soft" line...it went up and over the tranny from the engine to the tank...here is a pic of where someone made one....it's #17 in the diagram.....that was used until the #18 version
I've dismantled a few early 911 that had them and various shop made versions and some out of AN fittings and SS hose....never tried to use one on a 914-6...not sure about the length of it to the 914-6 tank....should work just like on 911...keep away from HEs.... |
