Im getting my car back together...it' new to me.
The horn works when I connect the brass ring to the shaft of the steering column.. But with the wheel and horn pad in place, it doesn't. Can someone suggest what is missing and how to connect my horn? You need the longer horn plunger. A late wheel will work. It's not a perfect fit but still works fine.
