New to 914 world. Just saying hi. Been on rennlist and pelican for quite some time.
Always been fond of the 914. Owned quite a few Porsches thus far, 996, 987, 951, 944 8v & s2, 968, 911 (72&86) The search has been ongoing for a 914. Came to hear from the experts. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) If anyone can share comparisons between an NA 944 and the 914 its much appreciated. Primary concerns are low HP. Once the 944 goes its a blast, Im assuming a similar experiance in the 914. Thanks! |

The 914 Feels faster but is actually not.
On track the 44 is slightly quicker if both cars are stock-ish The much more modern suspension/design benefits it in sweepers and fast corners In autox the 914 is much much faster with the slower speeds. much lighter weight to transition |
