The front fenders are attached with Dzus fasteners. I cut away all the OEM fenders with a plasma cutter.
The hood and deck are very light. Made from coremat with no internal frame. No hinges, only mounting clips and hood pins. I use the original fog lights as headlights (a handful of fireflies in a pickle jar might be brighter). OEM headlights are gone but I have not removed the buckets yet. I still have the fresh air system with fan. Very nice to have here is rainy Seattle The rear fenders are FG bonded on to the original steel by the prior owner. Nicely done but a lot more steel could have been cut away. |
