Hey everyone out there in the 914 world!

I recently purchased a 1973 Porsche 914 1.7l for my very first automobile project based on the uniqueness of the car and that it happened the very first type of car I got behind the wheel of (neighborhood friends car, not mine).

As I get started down the winding 914 restoration road, I was wondering if there is anyone in the Denver area that could provide me with some local advice or just to connect with. Even for a cup of coffee or a beer.

If not, well im going to have to lean on everyone else not in Denver for help so be ready. Ha jk jk. I have checked out this forum and glad to be a part of it.

Thanks for looking.
-Brett

Ya was overwhelmed but the number of responses to my post. Pretty excited about that.

They are fiberglass and the drivers front is slight ripped that will need repaired at some point. As far as project plan - getting it running is my main priority at the moment. I found out that the engine is seized and am in the process of removing the engine. I spent some time on it last night getting stuff disconnected.
