2 wires per horn.

I have a 12v battery. I hook 1 horn up and to BLOWS. Same with the other. Black to black to battery and white to white to battery and they just rumble. NO BLOW. hoq should i test wire? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif)

Are you connecting series or parallel? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) Troy, I just had a funny image of a 12v battery with the amps to power a toy. Tell us about the battery?
