2 wires per horn.

I have a 12v battery. I hook 1 horn up and to BLOWS. Same with the other. Black to black to battery and white to white to battery and they just rumble. NO BLOW. hoq should i test wire? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif)

I guess it could be the amps. It is a 12v drill battery.

Well.... when I.suspect that the battery is dead I try to blow the horn. This test never fails.
The horn is one of the most power demanding things in the car.
