Anyone here remember the name of the kid with a silver factory /6 that had a 3.6L in it?
He used to post quite frequently several years ago. I think he was from So-Cal ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif) |

Basic Google search on
porsche 914-6 vin 9141430205 pulls this page up right away http://www.2040-cars.com/Porsche/914/zombie-914-6-284468/ You would hope that a potential buyer does a Google search on their soon to be ride, nothing from 914world in the results though? |

Basic Google search on porsche 914-6 vin 9141430205 pulls this page up right away http://www.2040-cars.com/Porsche/914/zombie-914-6-284468/ You would hope that a potential buyer does a Google search on their soon to be ride, nothing from 914world in the results though? I'm new enough here to be unsure of how this has been dealt with in the past, but I think someone with good evidence should drop a message at the 'complaint' tab on the page at the link in SixerJ's post. If enough people are making a noise about it, the problem should take care of itself. This looks like an intentional fraud by some (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sheeplove.gif) jerk (disclaimer: I only joined the forum a couple of months ago, I don't know this member, and have no idea if he actually (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sheeplove.gif) . Appears he might do, if he sold that zombie as the real thing, though)... If it is, the facts are out there. The new owner may look the car up by the VIN again, join the forum, or something. He or she will see and sue, and we can (IMG:style_emoticons/default/popcorn[1].gif) , (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer3.gif) , and feel good that maybe we helped. -- Whit |
