Here is the one I made in 2002 for my car. It is still in there and working fine.
I cut the mount off a 4 cylinder column, and welded it to a 911 column. I had to trim the front edges of the clamshell to get them to fit, and I have to remove the clamshells to get the tach out of the dash. I also trimmed the 911 key bezel down to fit in the 914. |
