"No suby, chevy, rotary swaps in France" I guess Irwan has the same strict rules as we have in Holland. we cannot 'create' a 6. I can kind of understand total different engine type swaps (V8, sub etc) as because, (don't get shouty guys) well, its a bitsa car and no base line to compare it against from a build and emissions perspective. But surey those concerns could also be overcome with a proper inspection regime? I don't understand the logic it when there was type approval for a factory car running a six engine and you have created a factory / type replica, that really sucks and makes no sense to me I guess the only way around it would be to import a six conversion. Then for all intents and purposes it was always a six? Love the colour (IMG:style_emoticons/default/drooley.gif) |
