Guys
I have a plastic plug in the side rail just under the battery on my '70 -6. I need another for the other side as I have only tape there Does this plug have a part number - I looked on the parts cd but its hidden somewhere (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) It seems to be plugging a hole - is the hole for the -4s ? Yes, the hole is for the 4 cyl. rain tray drains.
The plug is a 6 only part. (no rain tray) There is another oval shape plug on original 6 cyl. cars to fill one of the fuel line holes. Is either still available ? |

The drain holes are toward the rear of the engine compartment. Not sure about later models but '72 and down have them. Check with Bruce Stone for this item. Good luck, Mike |
