I have an old seat that was rotten through the upholstery and thought about glassing some side supports and loops for the lap belt and shoulder straps.
I figured I would first add a steel frame like 3/8 round bar or 1/2in heavy wall tubing then glass over top of that. Has anyone done that? And what would inspectors think and a DE or Autocross? Maybe a pic or 2? |
