So....
The steering column on my '73 has play at the wheel. When this happened on my 911 I bought a plastic sleeve from Mitch that fit in and took care of the problem. When I search for confirmation of what I need for the 914, I find conflicting info. Some say a similar sleeve, others say that only works on /6 cars, I need real bearings. Or maybe I need to remove the column entirely and rebuild it? So can someone please confirm what I need to fix this in a 1973 914? |

Mark, that's a lot of neg feedback. But that's a shiteload of sales...
I did my bearing and sleeve years ago. No slop now, unless I'm running over the RR tracks. Then everything is shakin' |
